If you would like to make an appointment or speak with me, please leave a confidential voice message and I will return your call as soon as possible; usually within just a few hours and always that day unless it falls on a weekend . Alternately, you may leave me an email.

Insurance

I am a provider for Medicare, TriCare and Beechstreet . I also accept and bill on your behalf any PPO insurance plan as an ‘out-of-network’ provider. I do not accept any HMO plans.

Payment

Payment for deductibles, non-covered charges, and co-payment amounts can be made by check, cash, or credit card.

Fees

I have several different fees that I bill; depending on the service provided. I also offer a limited fee adjustment on an ‘as-needed’ basis for some of my clients. Please speak to me about this at our first appointment.
